West-Central Forage Association enhances forage system knowledge to enable the achievement of integrated farm management goals.

  • Foster a spirit of positive community and active participation among Members.

Champion

  • Advocate and promote on behalf of agriculture producers to all partners.

Communicate

  • Create an environment of transparent and effective information flow to and between Members.
  • Listen and learn from Members and stakeholders to gain understanding of their views and perspectives.
  • Disseminate relevant information to Members and stakeholders.

Capacity Building

  • Inform and educate our Members.
  • Recognize and support the importance of attracting, developing and retaining quality individuals involved in WCFA.

Coordinate

  • Coordinate training of staff and Board Members.
  • Coordinate projects and programs.
  • Facilitate coordination and sharing of resources and expertise.

Conduct

  • Professionally conduct business in a transparent, accountable and financially responsible manner.

Values

Organizational values are also known as beliefs and ideas about what kinds of goals members of an organization should pursue and ideas about the appropriate kinds or standards of behavior organizational members should use to achieve these goals.
